Free Shipping

From time to time, Ayoo Ventures LLC may offer free shipping promotions. Any free shipping offer will be displayed on the website, shopping cart, checkout page, or promotional banners where applicable.

Order Tracking

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery may be available in selected areas. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. If the customer is unavailable or refuses delivery, the order may be cancelled, and future Cash on Delivery orders may be restricted.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including their full name, phone number, building or villa number, street, area, emirate, and any helpful delivery instructions.

Ayoo Ventures LLC is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details, incomplete contact information, or customer unavailability.

Shipping Delays

Delivery delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier delays, high order volumes, public holidays, road restrictions, payment verification, or other circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. For damaged or incorrect items, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order details along with clear photos where possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Ayoo Ventures LLC ships within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. International shipping is not available at this time.
